Love

(Caution: Please be reminded that this post is not meant for any people, any coincidence is just a coincidence)

Seeing a newly formed couples walking in street together, hands holding together and walked as if they are in their own world…

Seeing a few people that craved for love from people they in love and ended up rejected.

Seeing a few persons that is in doubt to take their first move.

And last but not least, a few persons that are bothered by “rumors of love” that they didn’t involve at all.

Whatever it is, surely this is another storm of love brewing in this humble college of INTEC, among the folks of ACTP I know.

What is love actually? Well, this is more like a cliché than a question instead.

You can say love is a result of hormone reaction, in some way, you could say that love is a way of survival because it helps the productions of offspring, or you could say

Love is romance. How easy. Or you could say…

Love is an overused cliché, Or you could say

Love is the willingness to sacrifice for each other, the willingness to protect someone you cared and loved or…

Love is something that completes an incomplete individual, though I don’t really get it.

Love is just a feeling that surges out of nowhere. Like a struck of cupid arrow

You must be thinking that something’s wrong with me that I come out with such a thing which I consider as “JK won’t write something like this”.

Don’t get me wrong, I am not in love, neither do I craved for a love, or what so ever you may think. Well, I could say that I wrote this out in a whim. And recently I found with a new yet interesting definition of what love is.

Love is the ability of seeing through your partner’s weakness and mistakes, and yet still tolerate and received it open heartedly. (I translated it from Chinese sentence, so don’t blame on my translation.)

Whatever definition of what love is, please know that love, like any opportunities in this world, will miss if you don’t appreciate it and make your move. And no amount of disappointments and tears will change that.

For someone I know which I don’t want to disclose his name (though I think you guys should have idea who he is), I got a piece of advice.

There are two things in this world that people feared most, Death and humiliation. It is foolish to overcome Death. However, if you have the courage to overcome your feeling of humiliation and embarrassment, regardless on whether you lose or win, you had rose to become a better person in the world.

Of course I didn’t say that. I get this lie from an anime and again it was a translation of Chinese sentence again.

Hope that it will solve your dilemma folks, and maybe others as well (or maybe me as well.)
And free to correct me if I am wrong. I am open to any comments, regardless on everything.

As I say, I am a traveler of Discovery

Change

Personality of my friends I used to know, they changed drastically. And in the tides of change, I found myself undergo metamorphosis from a cocoon of “me” I used to know.

A person that is indifferent in everything, a person that is insensitive in everything, a person that never steps out to take a step ahead, a person who never know the weight of responsibility, and a person who locked himself in a caged mind. These are the “a person” I used to labeled myself, these are “a person” I used to be weeks ago. Yet, I changed.

Why did I change?

Who knows? A whim? A lesson of experience? Or just someone?

Regardless on what it is, I lad I’ve changed. Maybe it is not obvious among my friends. But I know , and glad that I’m changed.

I may not be a good leader, but I know to proud when I accomplished my task and grieve for my own failure.

I may not be a sensitive guy, but I know that I shouldn’t complaint in front of people that are having difficulties.

I maybe still a nerd, but I started to enjoy step dances no matter how sucks I am.

I maybe still unconfident, but I know that it’s not going to help me either.

I might not be running towards a dream life of mine, but I am crawling towards it.

I am glad that people around me influenced me and taught me how life should be, how I should change, how should I changed my mindset about people. Thank you for showing me how big a world is, and how small and how tiny an individual is in a society

I hope that I will be reminded with this change I had.

And will changing the flaw I had now, my own resolution of study. I wished when I finished it, it will be a vow and pledge for me to study harder.

And remained the value I had- The ability to be independent- the ability to strive alone in the path of life when all people in the world seemed to dessert me, the ability to have more grasp in my own life without the mercy of luck, and also the ability to do a last struggle before hope seemed to end.

I hope I can, and please remind me if I strayed too far from my own path.

Nth in particular

Got sth to say, but don't really know what I wanted to say...Haiz, juz blog on few interesting topics...

-Perak

Yep, the humble little hometown when the humble me is born. Years ago, if you ask me what is special in Perak, I will reply...

Emmm..."Maybe Tauge..."

Perak compared to KL , Penang and Johor, is not that urban enough but compared to Kelantan and Terrengganu, is nth that strict in rules...It is not historical enough compared to Melaka, not big enough compared to Pahang and not small enough compared to Perlis. (Even the leaning tower in Teluk Intan is not that lean compared to Pisa Tower)

Nth special in perak. No exceptionally high crime rate, No Grand shopping complex and Lastly, nt much commotion in Perak...

Such a little peacy town...(AT LEAST THAT WAT"S I THINK YEARS AGO.)

Looking back now, maybe Perak got some "New Attraction"

- Kit Siang. Obviously. This guy apparently become famous esp in Parliment, and frens of mine may say

"Yo U Ipoh Timur Lim Kit Siang ke??..."

-Kah Chuan. Judging by the political situation nowadays, you can always see him talking in newspaper

Others include "New" minister of Perak. 6 people caught because of corruption (I dun wan elaborate more on this...)

where is the Perak I used to know?

Olympic 2008

The olympic this year is done in China, making it slightly interesting to see. Though I missed almost all of the opening ceremony, I have few thing to comment

Songs= The songs are obviously nice, nth to comment

the opening ceremony= The opening ceremony is grandept with..

-If the song sung by the little girl is not a voiceover from another girl.

-If the kids from 58 ethnics in China really comes from 58 ethnics, but not from somewhere else

-If the ceremony can be slightly "not fake"

Btw, I will c the closing ceremony tomorrow and hope no such things will happen...We would not know if they faked it, but pls be slightly truthful.

Chong Wei

First of all, congratz for Lee Chong Wei for getting the Silver Medal for Malaysia. However, the unknown curse of Badminton in M'sia is still not broken.

-When Malaysia happen to defeat Indonesia, it will be defeated by China or vice versa...and it still applies well in Olympics.

Well, u really cannot blame Lee Chong Wei though he sucks in the final game against Lin Dan...Well, you can't really blame him for losing. 2.4billions of malaysia is hoping on him to win. Najib say he must win, Anwar say "Lee is my idol." and etc etc.

Somemore he is battling Lin Dan in China, when 13billions of people shouting "Lin Dan Jia You", I wonder if he can survive. After all he is stressed out by peoples of both COUNTRY...

Well, he had received 300 thousands from Najib and also 3000 per month. Lots of product will be asking him for Ads also. So whether he won or not, he will surely became damn rich...

And somehow Lee chong wei will be engaged in ANOTHER WAR soon. It all begins in military plane of penang when someone....

Liu Xiang

In case there are olympic idiot that does not know him, he is the star runner of China. Apparently he is not lucky enough compared to Chong Wei, when he suffered from leg swelling before the match and had to quit. This time he is even stressed compared to Chong wer, cuz he broke the hope of 13billions people in China, and u can imagine hw stressed out he is when his coach cried...

Why bother to win so much gold and glorify your country when the aim for olympic is "sportmanship no. 1, winning no. 2." People started to forget the meaning of Olympic. Olympic games is a chance to let the whole world compete with each other and enhance unity within human race. It is not a time for country to show off by winning more medals...Pls. when you look at the winner, remembers the other players that failed to win but stil uphold the spirit of Olympic till the end.

There is one US sportsman that say sth like this (i forget his name)

" I wanted to win, but I won't die for a gold."

Unfortunately, Liu Xiang, 13bilions of people fail to realize that...

Another book

-Well, this time I read a comic that happened to give me a big slap on what's happening...

In the comic, there is one guy wearing a nerdy spec spoke sth like this...

"Perhaps girl in Japan, no, in whole world, fail to realize that they should judge guys by how handsome he is, but how pure and how much content in his heart, like me,"

As I began to laugh at his naivity, suddenly I realized that I am the same dumbo as he is......

Come to think abt it, a guy with "pure heart" won't saying out with sth like this.

Fatal Frame

A game challenge for the people who thinks that they are skillful photographers and brave enough to play, I played and since I dun have both of them, I freaked out (but still addicted)

Imagined urself in a dark night, when u r helpless, with lots of "unknown things" around u asking for ur life, and ur only way to counter is taking a pic of them...

Try imagine taking pic on a window and sth else come out...

Yep sth like this

Can u play game like this alone in midnight?...
..........................................................................................................................................................................

That's all.

The book

Actually I am wondering whether I should post something like this, considering that there are so many people that like to misinterpret things. Whatever, since my blog is quite dormant for this month, might as well they don’t notice it.

Book title : Liz CXXX JXX MXX

Cover : Slightly bookish, with a hint of “Approach at ur own risk.”

Origin : Somewhere in Teluk Intan

Background info: A book of the SATE collection, with a huge involvement in ALMOST any organization u can find in INTEC, CATS, IE, TOASTMASTER, and etc.

First time reading: Feeling intimidated of its hard to understand vocabulary

Comment : Just finished reading the first chapter and find out the book is not really that hard to read.

Synopsis : Talks about a girl with a heavy sense of duty and responsible, with the desire to excel 3.9 CGPA out of 4. She loves to complaint, tease, and come out with a flurry of impeccable speech and enjoy looking at ur puzzled look as you try to figure out what she’s saying. Has an “academic” sense of humor and an interest of gossip. Though appeared as a durian with lots of thorn, she can be quite nice once you know how to discover the fruit among the thorns. Also note that she is a Japan Culture lover, but with “NICE” Japanese grasp, and she is now recruiting for Syaoran (even though she’s not sakura) and also Kyoukya (even though she’s not the girl in Qoran high school). Enjoy this epic of “hilarious” and “romance” at the high school of INTEC.

Quotes : Watashiwa ……(hootoni baka de su ne)

URL : www.sakurasyaoranforever.blogspot.com

Rating : Haven’t finished reading the book, so it is advisable to rate it.

Subscription : (Should be) available. Ask the book vendor for more information

Book Price : Check it out at the latest bookstore

Besides that, I would like to write about a book that I had been reading for years. However, it seems that I can never understand the content of the book no matter how I read the book.

Book : YXXX CXXX JXXX the shadow

Cover : May give you a “nerd” sense, but recently, he’s no acting like one

Origin : Somewhere in Kulim

Background info: A lord of calculus, and also suspected real leader for many activities held in INTEC. Mostly well known as the Shadow Leader of Master B

First Time reading: Unable to recall (according to psychologist my brain has erased the memory to protect me from shock that might killed me.)

Comment : Unsure of which chapter I’m reading now, cuz the content of each chapter always changed…

Content : Deals about a guy of double personality which can be weirder than Jekyll and Hyde. Each of his personality can be split into another personality, making it unpredictable. He can be claiming on “NO DOTA FOREVER” and still played DoTA.(and otherwise could happen also). He can be dormant for one whole semester and suddenly engaged into LOTS of activity. Attitude changing uncertain, and if I’m going to write every personality of his, It will cause me another ten pages.

Quotes : complaints @ complaints @ complaints

URL : www.cjyang.blogspot.com and others that I haven’t discovered

Rating : Calculating…… (personality1 + personality 2 + ……)

Subscription : Available. Contact book vendor for more service

Book Price : Very expensive……(what do u expect, u r buying a conpendium of BOOKS in one book)

(FYI, this piece of info should be updated 1week ago , and information of each book is again updated.)

Never Judge a book by its cover

This is a simple revelation I found out after buying a book, “The last lecture.” I eventually bought this book after going on a karaoke streak with friends. After a rip-off thanks to karaoke streak, I only got about 60 bucks in my pocket, and despite of the fact that the dinner will again cost me a heck, I still feel that I should buy a book.

And I left the guys walking around Sunway, and rushed to Mph Bookstore. Two books eventually caught my attentions- The last lecture by Randy and the world is flat by (I forget ald…)

Both of the book seems strikingly interesting to me, and since the Last lecture is cheaper than the other book ( 34.90 and 53.90 ).I might as well bought the cheaper one but wait, there’s a catch…

The last lecture is way much thinner compared to “the world is flat”, not to mention the page of the book is even smaller than half of A4 paper. And according to my browsing speed I will be finishing the book in one day! 34.90 In one day, Nah, No thanks…

And then I try to SMS Elizabeth (the book worm), asking whether she got any of the books. However her reply is nowhere to be seen, and time is ticking out…I made a bet, and risking that I will be regretting for my decision, I bought the book “The last lecture.” and realized that I am a freaking idiot after reading the book. The book is REALLY WORTH the price.

If I am going to judge the book based on how thick it is and how the price is, I will definitely miss the book. However, if I turned out to buy another book (which is supposed to be more economical), I would have missed such a nice book. The last lecture is about a dying lecturer that is writing his own lecture to his student and also his still-young children. The way the author wrote the book doesn’t shows that he is a dying person. The way on how Randy wrote the book really gives me a overturn in my brain on how life should be.

For Mr. Randy, whether you’re still in this world or left, thank you for the advice in the book. I’m sorry for even considering whether ur advice is worth 34.90 or not. Thanks to you, my life may not be the same again.

I felt that I had made the right investment (as what Elizabeth said) and sooner after I bought a book, a friend of mine also fussed on which book to buy. He showed me one book and said, “This book is so thick and not that expensive either, maybe I should buy this book.”

For the first time, I truly understand how this sentence means. I told him.

“Wei Young, NEVER judge a book by its cover,”

Maybe it applies also when it comes to interaction between people. Recently, I had just found a book, though without an impressive cover, has a nice content inside it.
Will mention the “BOOK” in next post.
